My dad passing away made my fear of the afterlife worse

I have always been scared of the afterlife, even though I am spiritual and grew up in a spiritual family. My mom and I have seen mediums many times and going always blows my mind and makes me feel better.
I lost my dad about 2 months ago very unexpectedly, and ever since then I can’t stop thinking about “what happens after we die”, and all I picture is total darkness and not being able to move, which isn’t really helping with my grief.

I would love it if I could get some information on the afterlife from mediums 🩵
