My house has been smelling like human feces for a few days now, nightmares, sickness and bad omens had been going on this week since the smell begun, at first I thought it was something caused by some dog poop somewhere, made a deep cleaning but the smell continued, then yesterday I discovered the smell was also in the office above my house (Which has a different entrance and 0 connection to the first level, can only be access through the street level and a set of stairs).
My neighbours had been in conflict with us for a long long time, it is now that I’m thinking their old mother (Who worked as a “espiritista”) called something on Us. My Mother, My Aunt (Who works in the office upstairs but lives in another town) and I had been having nightmares, feeling ill and weak the last few days. What can I do to stop whatever They call upon Us?

Call a plumber and explain that you seem to have a leak of sewer gas coming into your house. This is both bad for your health, but is also a fire hazard. Upstairs is on the same sewer line. This used to be found by using a smoke test. There is a pipe on top of your house where sewer gases can vent, called the waste pipe vent. They hook up a smoke machine and push the smoke down that pipe, and then walk around to see where it is coming out. Sewer gas can cause headaches and nausea, or worse in sensitive individuals. Until it is found and fixed, open windows and get all the fresh air you can inside. Good luck.

A rat, squirrel, opossum or cat died in your walls. It goes away after a few days. Or you or your neighbor has a sewage leak. Call the city and have them come out.

I’m also going to suggest that covid is a possibility. It can change the way you smell and cause everything to smell like poop until you recover. Please consider getting tested since you and your family are feeling weak and Ill.

You also cleaned the office including air conditioning vents?

Get your plumbing or septic checked. That shit can be dangerous.
