U can just put them in your pocket, necklace, rings, bracelets. As long as they’re in ur aura.

Throat chakra rules expression. If u have a hard time expressing yourself I agree. Throat chakra reiki would be useful. Reiki is a form of energetic healing.

Also if you’re developing clairaudience a clear throat chakra would be super helpful 🙂
