Hello everyone, I am asking for spell suggestions please. I need to get someone out of my head. It’s not an ex or someone I loved once, it’s just someone who is living in my head and for my mental and emotional health, I need them gone. I DONT wish any harm on them. I’m fact I wish them true happiness and peace. But I wish the same for me and that can’t happen until she’s out of my head. Any help? Please and thanks!

Maybe a banishing spell? I did one recently for an ex-best friend. I lit a black candle and burnt a slip of paper with their name written on it. The candle was surrounded by crystals (amethyst for tranquility and healing, carnelian to dispel grief, aventurine for wellbeing, and quartz for overcoming obstacles.) Then I scattered the ashes to the wind.

Another thing you can do is cutting cords, I have cut cords with a piece of Novaculite and Nuumite and helped a lot. I did loose all my Novaculite so I have to get some more.
