Need advice and help for fear of death / OCD ruminations

I sometimes ruminate and spin out about what happens when we die. I’m not afraid of the process of dying I’m afraid of what happens after we die. It’s a huge OCD obsession for me. I’ll spend hours researching religions online or reading about near death experiences or just frozen in fear. What are some safe exposures I can do to face my fear of death? I’ve tried walking around a public cemetery before and have photos of my loved ones that have passed in my room. Any other ideas? Anyone else overcome this successfully? How?
