I seen alot of tik toks about cord cutting but there mostly of ex’s and toxic people and so on. My question is I wanna do a banishment a cord cut of work place envy and jealousy, and protection but I never seen any spells done like that with cord cutting, would this be recommended for that? In my opinion I feel like yes it sounds like and feels like something that would work if u put your full intention in it. I just want advice from other more experienced witches tho before I do this spell because I dont wanna do something like a mistake that brings harm or negative energy back.

you can cut cord not just from people but bad habit, things, or anything that no longer serve you. it doesn’t have to be exes or any romantic love type of situation, it can apply to say, a toxic friend. decide what cord you want to cut.

I’m not sure that cord-cutting would work in this instance, if it’s someone you’re currently working with and you have to see them. Learn to shield. You can make a shield of mirrors to send their negative energy back to them. If it’s jealousy you might want to get a piece of evil eye jewelry. That’s supposed to protect from that sort of thing.
