Hi all, I am new to this group. Throughout my life I have been drawn to this subject. I feel things pretty deeply and pick up on energies of those around me instantly. It seems I may be an empath. I find that I have deja vü quite often along with moments like deja vü where I know I have experienced these moments before. I have also had an encounter with a spirit once when I was a teenager.. it was very freaky where it made a picture frame slide like a foot on my dresser and then fall off. I guess I am just confused and looking to explore this area and what my abilities might be. Any suggestions or thoughts are much appreciated l! I feel like I’m just going through a spiritual awakening and need some guidance.. thank you so much!

I’d say give this a try and see what results you get:

Look up different topics on you tube. Find teachers there that resonate with you. That’ll help you find the books you want to read. Meditate and pray everyday ask sprit guides into your life deliberately raise your vibration. Do the buffet and you’ll feel drawn to something specific. Spiritualists churches. These are all the free methods I’ve tried. Also read tarot.
