No idea if I’m normal or gifted

Since I was about 12, I’ve (23F) had inexplicable, odd things happen to or around me. You know, hearing my name being called when no one called me, hearing knocks on the walls, objects flying off of surfaces, being shushed while singing in the shower with the lights off, lights andnother electronics acting strangely once and never acting up again, etc.

Nearly all of these things happened to me when I was alone, and I was honestly fearing I was psychotic or schizophrenic. Then one day when I was in high school, an object moved in front of my whole family and my parents ~finally~ believed me. I have 15+ experiences that I cannot rationalize away, and I studied physics too so I’m pretty darn good at coming up with physical explanations.

My question is, does this mean anything? Do these things happen to non-mediums? Does it mean I have abilities? Or did a particular spirit just like messing with me? I’ve only met 2 gifted people like that in my life, but they didn’t offer me much guidance, so i figured I’d reach out to all of you on here. Any thoughts?
