Not really sure what just happened

I had one contact w an entity years ago- but nothing since. Everything has been fairly normal. My friend came to visit me this weekend and gave me a tarot deck. After a few readings asking for work/love guidance I went to bed fairly early.

I don’t remember the base dream but at around 12:30 this morning I ‘woke up’- was aware of breathing and my surroundings- but I had pictures of several women flashing like a slide show- I’m unsure if it was a guide showing me myself from a past life or if the woman was alive or deceased in need of help. My body communicated that it was too much for me to process at the moment- but I would be able to in the future. After the ‘slideshow’ stopped I was able to move and was awake for a bit.

Not really sure what happened. Just wanted to see if others have similar experiences.
