HI I dreamt with an entity today.
Elf size, child voice, whispering in my wife’s ear.It said we should sleep with olive oil in our feet and a clean sock.
Anyone know of such practices?
My wife is developing her spiritually and mediunity, and some times she has “nightmares”.
The whole ritual seem to make sense to me, as olive oil is used for blessing in many practices.
Not sure what was the entity, felt like an Erê to me.
Or whats the meaning of the feet and socks. Any insights?

Sounds moisturizing!
My grandma would put soap near our feet at bedtime. Lumps of wax. Sometime stones. Potatoes or onion slices in our socks, eggs under the bed to keep away tricksy creatures. Broken glass or pots too. Folk magic can seem strange sometimes, but olive oil on the feet doesn’t necessarily sound out of place. Also, Olive oil is a carrier, so it could be infused with any number of magical herbs, resins, or intentions. I would try it.

I find that moisturizing my feet before sleep makes me feel relaxed and promotes sleep. Keeping my feet clean and moisturized can help with dream work. Especially like on Fridays.

It’s a great way to have soft skin!
Honestly. Clean feet, clean socks, oil/lotion. Soft skin on your heels!
