Online Mediumship Class Recommendations? Or Books

I have begun to attract ghosts and they interact with me a lot so I think I should probably look into how to hone my abilities before they drive me insane. Does anybody have any good class recommendations or good books for a beginner?

The Arthur Findlay college is a type of mediumship spiritual college where they will teach you all types of skills and methods all taught by real mediums, energy healers etc

It is in the UK but they offer online courses too. Heres a video of someone’s experience with them and there website.
