Hopefully this was just passing energy … or something rando and local yet just now this may be local, but did anyone else felt an oppressive, overwhelming energy?
Past few days the energy has seem wild, ambient atmosphere now it’s like it’s been boosted three notches.
Monarchal, yet malevolent. Idk it may not be anything or not anything major.

Awful. Been feeling like crap for 4 days now for no apparent reason.

I felt an irrational and overwhelming sadness hit me around like 2/3 am (I work overnight). I don’t know dick about moon phases. So reassuring and kinda spooky this shared experience…

I surprisingly have been feeling wonderful with this current full/supermoon. Which is strange because normally the full moon makes me exhausted. I definitely notice the chaotic energy affecting others around me (witnessed two car accidents in less than a week’s time) but nothing affecting me personally.

Last night I had a very vivid dream about a small group of woman that seemed to be doing a spell and I and another girl got a message apologizing for the upheaval outside (it was loud before i went to sleep) and said something along the lines of a group of us being chosen before i woke up. As i tried to go back to sleep there was this strange pressure that I felt was filled with some type of energy. It was a weird night

I’ve been experiencing something similar I’ve been waking up anxious and nauseous the past few mornings (usually for me it’s related to my trauma but I’ve haven’t had any of the related nightmares or intrusive thoughts so your post OP has me wondering) and more prone to anxiety than I’ve been in a while

My friend group just had a major fight with our terrible, narsacistic member. Dude tried to act like he was the king of our party, and we were all NPCs, and that us exerting any kind of agency of our own was a massive assault on his character. One of our friends is trying to rebuild for the sake of his wife, but I have a feeling that I’m going to be doing a cleansing very soon, and I’m probably going to put him in the freezer tomorrow.
Hopefully the energy in your life dissipates and gives you some room to breathe and grow.
