I was practicing psychic magic and I today experienced headache while doing so.

What does it possibly mean? And what should I do about it?

I typically only get headaches after absorbing something from my dad on accident or he’s hiding extreme negativity

Perhaps there’s some off energy around you you are empathetically picking up on. There’s plenty of times I don’t know why I feel something and I’m unaware that it’s someone else and not me

I’ve been trying to figure out what to do about it as well. People say protect my energy yet I feel a need to open up.
