Whole signs. It’s resonates a lot more for me personally for natal and transits.

Keep in mind though this is a very subjective question. Every astrologer will tell you X house system is the best. Some get oddly defensive about it and question your intelligence if your preferred system is different from theres lol.

My advice is to explore a few. Whole signs, equal, placidus, koch, etc. See what resonates the most.
