Please help. Cant control or understand my abilities

Would greatly appreciate anyone who reads this and has any explanation.

I have never tried to learn more about my abilities really they just have always been there.

Ive always been sensitive to energies/presences since i was a kid. Currently i am 26. Ive been through hell and back but my god my this ENERGY that has been communicating with me is very new and strong.

Im currently going through something very bizarre. Theres this really powerful spirit or energy or what ever it is that i cab feel in the ice cold touch of my neck slowly down through my spine and limbs. Just takes over my whole body with piercing chill that becomes warm after i acknowledge it.

Also i am now getting migraines..never have had migraines

I get uncontrollable tears. I am not crying my eyes are just leaking. I use to get what i call “fear tears” a lot when spirits communicated with me as a kid

Sounds like you have a spirit in your home. You need to cleanse your house. Regularly. Look at some 101 posts on psychic shielding as well.

If i ever see or feel something dark from the spirit world, i ask my guides, why? I am protected by angels and guides so why have they allowed this negative energy into my space? What are they trying to teach me? Its funny actually because it was last october that i had a very fearful experience myself, one that scared the crap outta me. Throughout this experience my guides helped me to realize that i needed to set firm boundaries in my life, not just with spirit but also with the living. Im an empath, i was allowing extremely negative people into my space along with spirit energy and it was truly suffocating me. By showing me something quite ominous from the spirit realm my guides were trying to shake me, rattle me a bit so i could see how my life in the 3d directly affected my experiences with spirit. I hope i explained this well because i have the sense this is an important message for you to receive. Ask yourself, what in my life could possibly trigger a negative experience with spirit? Also i would suggest learning a little more about your gifts, this will give you the tools you need to feel more protected, more grounded, clearer and calmer.
