So I’m just a regular occasional observer that has had a few unexplained experiences in my life. I’ve always held onto a belief over the years as a lifelong cat lover that as they leave this universe they keep finding ways to come back to me in one way or another. I was devastated and still have had a hard time when my best friend of 10 years had to cross the rainbow bridge. Not only due to the loss of him…but because of a feeling that he’s the “same” force or personality that has been with me since I was around 17. Him being the 3rd iteration. I’ve always found they send me some kind of a sign when they arrive again or that we’re meant to be together. But somehow when he left us this time I was even more grief stricken because I feared this may be the last time. I’m older now, and maybe I’ve been wrong this whole time. However about a week or so ago I got an email alerts about some cats needing homes. Wouldn’t you know there was a black cat (same color) with the same name. So, naturally I tried to inquire about him but he was already adopted. But…the place emailed me back to tell me about another black kitten that was with a foster family. I started to mull it over and my wife urged me to look into this cat as this could be a sign because of how I was lead to him. I arranged a weekend visit with the foster family and I brought him home. He’s adorable and he seems like he’s known me forever. He’s not nervous or scared. Walking around the house freely. He even just followed me upstairs. So…I’m just curious what someone’s take in this sub might be. He has one white whisker also. Small detail I noticed and just wondered if that could potentially mean something. Thank you all in advance for reading my long post.
