Hello all~ this is my first time posting in this subreddit. I’m currently 4 months pregnant and haven’t had much luck finding spiritual work for a healthy pregnancy. Everything I find is work mainly for BECOMING pregnant… which I already am lol. I just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions of what I could do throughout my pregnancy to help promote good health for myself and my baby ♡
(Of course I’m taking my prenatals and doing all the physical stuff that I’m supposed to be doing. Just looking to learn some spiritual work to go along with it all).

I don’t have any spell recommendations, but meditation helped me a great deal during my pregnancy. Picturing a white light entering at the top of my head and then washing my body slowly, feeling it pass by and engulf each part of me, and then picture that white light extending to your baby and picturing them with a white light around them as well. 💗

Motherwort and rose quartz are both associated with the protection of mother and baby in pregnancy.

I actually wrote a [safe & loving birth](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qCudTX4lSEenKq0Yl5eAYGVxRwYYHQ4niR4b6xhczLM/edit) ritual I wrote for a friend. This was originally meant for delivery time but could definitely amended for anytime during pregnancy. Feel free to use it! And congrats! ❤️❤️❤️

Can’t offer any spells. But I just wanted to drop by and say congrats! It’s a wonderful experience. I just had my little guy 3 weeks ago today. Wishing you a safe pregnancy and delivery! Also, some advice? Pack lots of snacks in your hospital bag.
