Protection Spells?

I have this person I work with who is wonderful and smart and strong, but she keeps having these terrible things happen to her. I won’t go into details because they aren’t mine to share. Can anyone recommend items to throw together for her as a “protection kit” of sorts? I’m moving away soon and I worry about her when I leave.

On a non-spell level, if appropriate, I would also make it a point to deliberately reach out every so often to see how she’s doing. A lot of people talk about keeping in touch, but most people are really bad about it.

pyrite, tigers eye, clear quartz might help. amethyst also. all of these will help heal, deflect energy, break hexes n more. (search each one individually if anythinng) some sage will help cleanse her home & include some meditation links/information to help raise her vibration.

I’m a fan of protection spell jars and enchanted jewelry or stones you carry.

For the spell jar, I like to start with some earth to ground the energies. It’s usually easy to get small quartz or tigers eye pieces for the next layer. Lavender, mint, rosemary, and coffee are good plant bases. Patchouli oil is a good addition. I also like to draw a pentacle in blue ink and maybe a symbol for protection (usually the rune Algiz, but go with what works for you). There are many other protection correspondences but I like to keep it small in a necklace jar if I’m making it for someone who needs personal protection. If they need general and home protection, make a larger one to bury at their home instead.
