Psychic experience

I recently had a strange experience and I’m wanting thoughts and opinions because it’s very weird for me.

Two nights ago I woke up in the middle of the night at 1am with sleep paralysis for the first time. I was freaked out but I’ve read about it a lot so I was aware of what was happening and I closed my eyes and tried to focus on my breathing to calm myself down.

Then I heard a crying mans voice in my ear saying “wake up please wake up you have to be awake right now” and it snapped me out of the paralysis. At the time I thought it was my boyfriends voice but it sounded different because he was crying. The voice literally sounded like someone spoke in my ear, not like a voice inside my head it was clear as day as if someone was right next to me.

After this happened I couldn’t shake the feeling of anxiety and impending doom. It felt like something was in the room with me and I had to turn on my ensuite light because I felt so uneasy and horrible.

I eventually got back to sleep and I woke up that morning to messages from my little sisters boyfriend saying that she had overdosed and was in hospital in the ICU. She apparently overdosed and he found her about 1am which was the same time that I heard the crying mans voice. Now I’m wondering if the voice I heard could have been his voice?

Do you think this is just coincidence or could it have been something more? Thanks in advance everyone ✨

This is definitely a psychic experience and not a coincidence. You have a strong link to your sister and so when her life was hanging in the balance you felt it. I really hope she’s ok.
