I am genuinely surprised and interested that so many of us are experiencing the same or similar things. I am going to start keeping track of mine, and if you are all willing to do the same, maybe we will find patterns or a bigger picture that could be helpful?

I think you should keep a journal of things you notice that seem relevant. But this is also standard practice that’s been true for at leas fifty years within the psychic community. It is a helpful practice of shadow work, spirit communication, and training yourself to see patterns.

However, I’d like to point out that literally every generation thinks that they going through some kind of group “awakening”. It’s just part of waking up at the individual level. It’s always been like this and every generation feels like its just them, but it’s not. I mean in the 80’s people called this “indigo children”. It’s always been like this.
