Hi I’m 23 and has always had a open mind from a young age cause I have seen a lot from a child and my mom didn’t dismiss them. I can always feel spirits and energy every where I go I feel like I’m a open door to them. Good and bad which I really don’t like. There was been times they have followed me home. Is there any way to close that door so I don’t feel like I’m getting attacked and drained. It’s not like I can talk to them couple of times my name has been said which freaked me out a bit at the age of 17. Is there anything I can do so they can’t walk into my house. I like having this gift but it can be tiring.

Runs in my family supposedly but really don’t know. Open doors.

Since you’ve already used the metaphor, why don’t you picture that door in your mind . . . and close it tight? It’ll take practice, but that is as good a shielding visualization as any.
