Whatever you choose, stay somewhere you know is safe or carry protection.

The PNW coast. I love an ocean with a forest right there.

Places i feel connect with my new self ! depends on the kind of relationship i were in, if it was with someone very careful and anxious, id go do something exciting ! Go skinny dipping, paragliding, who cares ! With someone who made fun of my quiet/nerdy interests ? A roadtrip that goes through every museum on my bucket list that they found too boring to accompany me to ! Id take the occasion to celebrate anything i had felt was taken from me, even if not very big or significant, even healthy relationships sometimes make you feel like you’re losing connection to a part of yourself that doesn’t resonate a lot with your partner

When I was laid off once, I realized that the job had been akin to a bad relationship. I went to Lily Dale in New York State. I’m not a spiritualist and had no intention of visiting a medium, but I did go to a sweat lodge and also spent an afternoon following a butterfly and taking pictures. I felt so recharged after my time there.

To the seaside, if you have access to one! I’m French living in Belgium and I miss the sea so much (there is a seaside in Belgium but it’s not the same). The sound of the waves is nice and grounding, you can meditate, do yoga on the beach. Even take a swim if you’re brave enough 🙂
Usually it’s quite touristic places as well so safe and animated in the evening.

Some spa place likely, near mountains I can take long treks up to tire myself out and then relax in the hot pools.

Depends on what I can afford. If I could afford it I’d go to Sweden because I’ve always want to see the northern lights.

Any place with a beach. Probably a local island called San Andres. The ocean gives me so much peace.
