Seeing sparkles ?

Hey guys!
I’m just curious lately I’ve been seeing tiny glitter like sparkles flash around my room on occasion. Just like a tiny little spark of light and then it goes away.

I know obviously it could just be my eyes playing tricks on me. It always happens when my heart feels full. Things have been going really well for me emotionally lately and I’m wondering if maybe it has something to do with it.

So the viel between spiritual world and Earth is thinning.

My sense is those are spirits energies/guides/ visiting us. The feeling is special too.
