Shouldn’t we look at aspects of a full moon when doing new moon horoscopes?

When I see new moon horoscopes I rarely see people talking about what the full moon horoscope will look like months down the road.

Shouldn’t we look at both dates of a new moon/full moon cycle to see the full picture?

Its not months down the road. From the new moon, it is just two weeks until the full moon.

The moon waxes (grows) from new to full for 2 weeks, and then wanes (diminishes) from full back to new in the next 2 weeks.
