Shuddering with cold during and after channeling

Today I started channeling messages out of nowhere from someone. I usually feel my crown chakra open when I do (which I did) but this time I was shuddering and cold the whole time. Actually hot and cold. Now I’m just cold. I have absolutely no clue what it could possibly mean. Any guesses?

I do the same thing. I think it is natural when you’re channeling someone because we become very open and intune

i cant speak much on the cold feeling, but for me i always feel shudders. like waves of energy vibrating through me. is that not normal?

I have the same thing happen to me. Sometimes I’m really cold after doing readings/channeling and sometimes, not sure if this happens to anyone else, but sometimes I will feel heat around me especially on my face. Mayne it has to do with the energy/enity/being we’re communicating with

When I did my first medium reading I started shuddering in the middle of it even though I wasn’t actually cold. Might be a thing 🤷🏽‍♂️

Could it not be best explained in terms of physics? Perhaps the entity you’re channeling requires some sort of energy to manifest and so drains it from your body?
