Six of pentacles … mutual or one sided?

Always wondered about that, because I’ve read both interpretations and I can never lean towards one. If I were to pull it in the position of how two parties feel for one another, would it be that the feelings are mutual (give and take), or that one might be needing someone to feel the same way while the other…doesn’t?

I usually interpret it as the latter, but sometimes the surrounding cards indicate otherwise (For instance, king of cups, two of cups, six of wands in a particular reading). The rest seem pretty clear to me. But six of pentacles throws me off.

This is especially for the good ol’ Radiant Rider-Waite deck.
