Skeptical, but i want to believe

The last couple of my years have been really bad with depression and anxiety (anxiety of what happens when we die)

The last 4 months i’ve been trying to believe that the afterlife is a real thing and that i will see my loved ones again, but it’s so hard for me.

I always see articles on Google debunking mediums and other spiritual things, how do i strengthen my belief, and is it really true? Are mediums fake?
