So people on this subreddit talk about energies, and how u deal with it. But how do you deal with it when your faced to face with a bully? Today at my school got into a fight today
I like, and respect peace but I don’t know how to stay peaceful when feeling threatened?

We have peace from time to time. Have you ever heard the phrase, “Warriors for God”? If angels can stand up for themselves and others, we can stand up for ourselves and others. Try meditating and try to pill white light into yourself.

PeCe comes from facing and conquering a challenge.

You need to ask for help at school, from the school. Consider taking self defense. If none 9f that works, consider home schooling. Home school can be a good alternative. Talk to school administrators. Talk to your parents.

Standing up to a bully can be the beginning of conquering fear and finding peace for yourself.

    I hope it gets better.

You breathe…deeply…and try to smile with your brain. Do that as long as you can. Keep coming back to the breath and smiling with your brain.

Bullying isn’t actually something that adults should leave for kids to resolve. Have you told your parents, your teachers, your guidance counselor maybe?

You have to rise higher than the person. Bullies bully because they were bullied. Realize they are projecting their own experiences and anger on to you. It really has nothing to do with you personally. Once you realize this it is easier to show compassion. When they insult you, compliment them. It could make them even angrier if they aren’t used to receiving love/positivity. But that’s the route to go. Best of luck!
