So I can feel spirits. My chest hurts whenever one is near me. I can walk in a room and feel of a spirit is present. At times I can even know who the spirit is, what they look like, and if they’re associated with someone that’s still alive. I just can’t seem to get any help to better understand some of the things I feel or how to communicate better with spirits and how to not be afraid. If anyone has advice, any links to videos or websites that would be awesome.

Meditate in stillness and listen to them until your fear drives you to movement, and then you will begin learning from them as opposed to controlling them.
