Holy SHIT this was the best meditation I’ve ever had. I tried on acid once too and it was just a beautiful experience. But today I was alone and fully indulged into it. Felt a little narcissistic but I reminded myself that I really never give myself this attention and that’s probably why I avoid mirrors lol. Anyway it felt out of body in a way. Just a whole new way to work on myself. I channeled a beautiful spirit that was so pure and full of love. Anyone else have any good experiences?

I cannot look at myself in the mirror on lsd or mushrooms! Makes me wig out lol. I once did it with a bunch of friends and one got trapped looking at himself in the mirror for about 2 hrs and when I finally walked in he was crying and saying how much he cared about me and how he hoped he wasnt ruining my life by being a bad friend. I have had lots of positive trip experiences but for some reason the mirror has never been my friend in those times.

I did mushrooms once and looked in the mirror and scared the shit out of myself because I looked like the girl from the Ring. I have to try mirror gazing as I also never give myself much needed time.

Could you explain the process of mirror gazing, I have the same thing where I avoid mirrors, and am also slightly afraid of them, and maybe this would help. Minus the drugs though, I feel it wouldn’t be a good experience as I’m already afraid of them going into it, but maybe in future. Thank you.
