Spell help!

I need help I have been practicing for quite awhile, but sometimes I run into things that I worry about so I did a candle spell ,but I forgot to cleanse the candle I think I didn’t cleanse it I’m not sure, so I’m worrying if the spell will still work. I did put my intention into it and meditated on it for a good while. I think that’s what matters. Honestly I’ve heard there’s no wrong way to do magick. I just wanted to see your guys advice. The only items I’ll cleanse before use is things like crystals that hold energy and are generally reused

I would assume a candle was fine not to cleanse as technically it would be self smoked cleansed anyway
