I was in a relationship for 2+ years and later found out after the breakup that they fell out of love with me some time. They quickly moved on and seem to not be phased by it. We both agree to be friends still, especially since we share friends and it would be immensely difficult to avoid each other, but the transition from romantic to platonic love is painful. They don’t see the significance of it and don’t seem to understand why I’m sad. I feel feelings of anger, jealousy, sadness, and confusion and would like to hear of any advice on ways to move on more smoothly and not focus on any of their future potential dates. I want a clear mind that isn’t clouded by these thoughts and I want to stay positive and enjoy myself and be confident. Spells would be helpful too.
