I have a friend who’s self esteem is awful to the point it’s diminishing her life. It makes me so sad because she’s genuinely so so beautiful but she hates herself and the way she looks. She’s saving up her money for plastic surgery, she’s barely eating and she won’t leave the house at all without makeup on even just to come to my house 😞 it hurts me so much to see her like this and I know that there’s nothing I can physically do or say to make her feel better. I want to do a spell or anything that I can to try and help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

She needs to do some self love work herself. Just send her love and healing. Light candles with the intention of her seeing herself as the beautiful person she truly is. You can make her a self-love bath salt or spray. You can even dress candles for her to burn herself.

Your friend may need intervention of a professional mental health organisation.
It may be she has some form of Body Dysmorphia. I will always stress the importance of proper mental health care BEFORE any form of occult intervention as this can make matters worse.
However invocations of Aphrodite for Self Love can help.
Alternatively try a spiritual cleansing to try and remove any negative emotion/energy.
Again AFTER professional medical intervention. This is the best thing you can do for her. Unless the root cause is dealt with other intervention will never be more than a stop gap at best, or may exacerbate the issue at worst.
