Strange experience with a presence that woke me up and then merged into my body, any thoughts?

So, I came into awareness from my sleep into my bed. I felt a heaviness on me that felt like my heaviest cat, or my daughter had crawled over me. A weight which pinned my left shoulder down. It is sort of hard to describe but I also had a sense of there being a room or a space open behind where my head lay to the left like as if something was ctawling over me to get to it. From the space came a sort of voice, as if it were down a hall some ways away trying to get through. It wasn’t a voice that was fully “here” but more of a mentally heard voice and seemedto be saying my name but it was almost a sound or melody that represented my name or sounded close to imyhe sound. But it was saying my legal name. And not the name id be called by my passed loved ones.

So I realized I could feel my actual cat on my feet, and got a bit spooked, and then focused my eyes in the darkness and didnt see anything on me but couldnt move. Instead of fear I mentally thought “I love you” and then my daughter turned towards me in the bed and I could see her faceand felt an overwhelming feeling of happiness and love towards her. The weighted presence on top of me felt like a very intense vibration that kinda just merged into my body in that moment, the feeling of the space opened behind me (where there is only wall) closed up and I felt fully present in awareness and could move again.

My husband has been passed for 3 months now. And earlier today I was having a rough time reading his autopsy report i got in the mail this evening. At some point in the day, I asked him to try and say my name or a message to me in my half sleep state either falling or waking up. But the sort of voice sounded feminine I think, and it didnt use the name he would use. Over my left shoulder to the left of my head where i felt the opening to a different space was his urn which i sleep with.

Ive been trying to develop communication with him, have had astral projection experiences and as far as the communicating… get image thoughts, thougjts with words or sentences more recently, and sometimes what seem like “micro astral experiences” where my awareness is somewhere else completely with him for just a minute or so wothout falling asleep. He brought me back to our union ritual we did together before our actual wedding. Where I was laying in bed looking up at the ceiling through the canopy over our bed, and then my dead grandmothers lace prayer veil over my face ( which is how i did my prayer rituals including for our little spiritual wedding) .

Im a bit confused because of the name i heard, it could be that my grandmother would call me that name. . But mire likely she would call me a term of endearment and it didnt necessarily sound like her or sound very human. It sounded sort of like a song i interpretted into a voice somehow.

Im very confused by this experience, can anyone shed light?
