Hello everybody! I’m new to tarot and I’m still learning how to word things when asking my deck something, I’ve looked up some spreads online to get the hang of it but I want a certain question answered. How would I ask if My family and I are moving this year? I read you can’t be direct so I wanted to get some input, thank you!

Who on earth told you that you cannot be direct? What a silly idea that is! The more direct and succinct you are in your question, the more specific and direct your reading will be. This sounds like someone who was a bit insecure in their reading abilities that was encouraging you to be vague, just in case the reading didn’t make sense, they could pass it off as a less specific reading.
Instead of asking “If” you are moving, ask how to make your future easier or more successful if you move. Ask how to make a move more pleasant. But, by all means, be specific and direct.
