    Hey!
So, 3 years ago I began having intense déjà reve or “episodes” as I call them. They have more or less remained the same, except they now happen almost monthly to the day, and for about 4-7 days in a row each time. They also used to exclusively happen in the daytime, now I have 2-3 a night (as I wake up and fall asleep) for the days they are active.
It consists of déjà reve I cannot ignore – my Brain feels hijacked. I get a big hot flash, tingling, sometimes upset stomach – I cannot remember the déjà reve afterwards. Just Fragments sometimes.
2 1/2 years ago I did allll the epilepsy tests and nothing was abnormal. They have never stopped. However, my episodes are like textbook TLE – however I have never lost consciousness or had physical jerking/twitching of any kind.
So yesterday I had a crazy experience with my friend who is a healer/channeller… I basically ended up like recalling a past life and a child who I had a vision of in my episode in the past. There’s so much more to it, too much to write.
Does anybody have an experience like this?
I am also going back to the doctor… I want tests done again to set my mind at ease.

I have seizures too – since 2009. At first I was NOT aware nor awake for them (generalized – clonic tonic seizures) They would start with a rising in my stomach and a “deja vu” type experience when I just KNOW everything and have been in that moment before -hard to explain.

I am in my mid 50’s and rarely get the glimpses of “energy” I used to in my youth.

I never had seizures. I have migraines triggered by stress and they last for 4 days. I used to get deja vus a lot when I was young. Not so much anymore. The brain is so fantastical. I love your guys’ stories.

My neurologist never found anything on my scans to confirm epilepsy, but we tried epilepsy medicine and it worked. They said it is hard to scan the deepest parts of the brain (and the temporal lobe isn’t necessarily easily accessible) for small, disruptive damage, and as long as the medicine works, that’s enough for them to set a diagnosis.
