It was beautiful, but I already knew that… Sitting on library and bookstore floors has always been my safe place, I assumed the Akashic Records would not disappoint!

Today is my 40th birthday! I can’t believe I survived! As a gift “they” let me look at my Akashic Record to answer one question…I didn’t do it! I know! …but I totally chickened out. You know that movie about the witch with the eye? When you look in to the eye you can see how and when you are going to die? Ya, was feeling something like that. I did this once with the Collective to see the future of Earth, I have never been the same after opening that Pandora box…

The Akashic Records are a record of every moment of every lifetime. The theory is destiny is predetermined, the Akashic Records has a copy of your individual personal map. Sylvia used to say you can only see your past and not your future. In my mind I always pictured the Akashic Records like a subway map with dots of destinations and the future blurred until moment just before arrival. I now know the Akashic Records are more like picture book with words. Hmm… something like this:

The Portal to the Akashic records is through your feet! To see them you must learn to fly! In Meditation there is 5 worlds to travel, the Akashic Records on the fourth stop Air Station (Subconscious memories). Life is a circle, and to get to the future, it is easier to go through the past. Meditation is practiced to obtain enlightenment, hypnosis is used to regress…

In the 90’s past-lives were the tits! Hypnosis just came to Canada, a litter of offices springing up like Starbucks on every corner of the city. Hypnosis was promoted as a healthy-life style therapy, but soon therapists noticed a startling trend, people were past-life regressing! To learn the story of this amazing discovery read -Many Lives, Many Masters – Brian Weiss

I learned hypnotize with one book: Hypnosis for Beginners by William L Hewitt

(The ratted paper-copy sill sits in my living room for quick reference)

I am not joking! You can convince your yourself of a lot of things, but when you see someone else under hypnosis…you know this is the real deal.

If you want to speak to the Collective, discover enlightenment or develop psychic abilities meditation is your best option, but if you want to see the Akashic Records you must regress to a previous life with Self-Hypnosis!

I am actually afraid of self hypnosis. I do know when I dream I remember the houses and the cities from where I used to live (probably in China or Korea or any country near those), but while being awake… doing hypnosis sounds scary to me.

Happy Birthday and congrats on such a thrilling journey!

I LOVE hypnosis and past life regression, and it is one way to access the records. But it’s not the only the way! I actually utilize a visualization of diving into the records first in order to get to a past life regression. But my visualization includes a metaphysical library off of my own safe space or upper room or whatever you want to refer to it as. You walk into the library and call upon your “book” or record and can go from them to find the answers you seek. This method can also be used for trading other peoples’ (with their permission).

Linda Howe has a “pathway prayer” process for accessing the records that didn’t really jive with me personally, but does for a lot of other people.

If past life regression is the best method that works for you, awesome! But don’t be afraid to explore different methods, or your own story. Especially because you’re not restricted to just one thing in the book, maybe that was your guides just getting you to dip your toes in? Some things are definitely better left in the past, but sometimes revisiting things as a reader or an observer can lead you to different insights that bring clarity to your present and help enhance your current path.

Good luck on your journey! And have fun!
