Even better: set it up to only burn their house on their birthday. They may not even know for a while, then they get a surprise birthday present!

At my college there was a graveyard nextdoor. It was a fun ‘prank’ people played on each other to find the glass tombstone. Which wasn’t easy, as it was just the tombstone for someone who’s name was glass.
