The people we see in dreams come from within or outside source?

I always have very vivid, detailed and mainly strange dreams. Some I can tell come from me and what I want in life, other times random. One example is I dreamed I was talking to a negative energy, a small woman with really dark skin with her hand kind of on my head making me listen to her? Can’t remember what she was saying but as she spoke it was almost like she was right in my face, speaking like reading out a spell kind of? Very hard to put into words tbh memory obviously can’t remember some details. But my question is where do these random people come from? Our sub conscious or another entity showing up in our dreams?

I usually can tell if it’s from an outside source if the Dream turns into manifesting something real in my current life, I see them as messages. I can usually tell as well because my dream will turn into astral travel which allows me to have access to other dimensions. When I’m in different dimensional levels and they are all sending me the same message, it’s when I can tell something it’s urgently trying to communicate with me. Some of my dreams are reoccurring and I can switch my awareness to being in complete control where I can easily manipulate what is going on in my dream, this is when I can tell the message is coming from within like my higher self trying to send me a message from either the future or a past life. There are different ways of communication like clairaudience, clairvoyance, and claircognizance. I was able to develop one first and with time, practice, and meditation I was able to develop the rest. Hope this helps!

So it’s my understanding that our higher self is our fully evolved self, which means it’s from the future, billions of years in the future. So when you’re done tripping on that- consider this- if your higher self has been around for billions of years if not wayyy longer, then it’s seen some things! Your dreams are merely one way to interpret this information and these MANY beings you’ve met along the way. Also, you’ll dream of people that you know now and that may in fact be a real visitation in the astral realm. Lastly you’ve got high density negative polarity beings that like to fuck with you (us) and they are happy to give you nightmares and feed off your fear. Sounds like you met one of them. If you can, send it love. That’s what makes them go away. They hate that!
