    I’m trying to sleep because I have to wake up really early at 6 am and it’s 143 am right now and I keep hearing a woman spirit calling my name. There is also white orbs in my room and there is a clear white spirit that keeps peaking in my room since I leave my door open at night.

    There aren’t bad I don’t feel any bad energy in my room it’s just Im trying to sleep and spirit constantly whisper things in my ear when I’m trying to sleep.

    How can I let them know it’s my me time and I’m trying to sleep so they can leave me alone for the night.

    Any suggestions? Thank you in advance

    Maliciousness exists on a spectrum. Spirits, like people, can get away with all sorts of jerkassery before it actually registers as “bad.”

    Practice your shields several times a day, every day, till you start doing it in your dreams. Then learn to extend those shields to your surroundings. What I do is clap in the corners and “shove” the bad vibes out the door, then seal every surface with a shield.

    You embraced mediumship awhile ago. so, the intrusions come with that. They don’t care about the time.

    So, tell them they are not allowed in the bedroom. Push them out and seal those mirrors with light.

    Also, when someone does that name thing. repeating, I get tired of it and tell them to utter a complete sentence or to get out.

    Ground. shield. Center and establish wards and visiting hours.

    I usually will sleep with some sort of light on. I find that they tend to stay in the shadows and let me sleep.

    Speak to them as lovingly as possible. They don’t register things the way our human brains do (IMO) but they will get the point if you keep firmly telling them that they are upsetting your sleep and you need to rest. Also if you have mirrors in your room, try covering them when you lay down.

    Earplugs help me but personally I deal with negative entities more often.

    I have had to say out loud “Please leave me alone, I am trying to sleep, please leave my room”. It has helped

    I used to have family members moved things around, flick lights on and off and move radio stations. I used to just ask them to leave my stuff alone and stop bothering me. You can ask them to please leave you alone and go to the light.

    I don’t call myself a medium even who knows I am? Maybe try to sleep with crystals? Play some reiki music on YouTube? Meditate?
