Yesterday I discovered that I have the ability to tell if someone is possessed or not and what type of a demon they have. But my head is hurting I can’t continue doing it anymore the girl is keep calling my phone and wants me to do for several people a reading. What shall I do? It takes me a lot of strength to do it and doing it for a lot of people hurts my head.

The fact you are using the word “demon” is concerning.
What exactly is a demon in your mind?
There are many millions of non-organic beings around all the time. Are they demons to you?
Is a dead person a demon if they are bad and do evil?

Be careful how you use your abilities and learn to protect yourself, meditate to create protection, a shield. Remember the “price” of things on the other side and when making connections is ENERGY. So, your energy is getting drained. Energy is very expensive on the other side. Protect yourself and your abilities. No one can ~force~ you to do something unless you allow it…YOU HAVE CONTROL. Be careful with the demons trying to steal your energies.

Let her know you aren’t doing personal readings anymore. Cut contact and do a cleansing ritual, chances are you don’t have the experience for work with demons and maybe tell her to find someone who is more specialized? But keep in mind you don’t want to scare her as the demon will only feed off this.

The use of psychic abilities can drain you of energy so its a good idea to eat a filling meal before you begin work as a psychic or medium. I would suggest you consume red meat or organic vegetables if you dont eat meat or both. This will also keep your body spiritually clean and give you lots of energy. Everyday I do work I eat a hearty meal, usually a over a pound steak and im good for the day. It may be a good idea to avoid stimulants like coffee or tea or drinks with caffeine. If you smoke, that is ok, smoking will kill any low vibrations you may have on you or in the room your in.
Also be sure your well rested and take breaks if you feel tired.
Tell the woman who is calling that those who want to be read must call you, you cannot do a reading for others as the request of a person.

Say I can’t do it right now maybe another day… You simply have to learn to say no they don’t care about you being drained….I had a few people constantly do that to me or up randomly grab me (which makes me able to see and feel things on the other side)….you can also tell things/ people on the the other side that you don’t wish to talk/communicate right now maybe another day and mean it

I say this with the most love as a reader myself. Stop giving your energy away. This gift is to be nurtured and mastered not exploited. You are to be respected and nurtured not exploited. So don’t allow someone to think you have no boundaries and they can call you whenever.
I suggest you put your phone or at least that contact specifically on mute and go rest. Do not feel forced to do this because eventually spirit will make you put a stop to it and you will have to take accountability for allowing this to happen. So create some boundaries with your spiritual gifts. Let this person know what they are if they don’t like them they can go find another person with your gift, that simple.
