Things moving and missing items from my home

Hi guys as the title says I been noticing things moving in front of my eyes without explanation like a 10 pound dumbbell a candle and a coffee cup I had paranormal stuff happened to me before in a different home but the only difference in this situation it’s that when this happens I don’t feel any negative or bad feelings could this be good spirits and maybe that’s why my body doesn’t feel or get panic/ scare?! What are your thoughts
