Currently a little lost and looking for some guidance/advice. I’ve been meditating a lot over the past 2 years and about 3 months ago I astral projected for the first time. It was amazing even though it was very brief. I was able to walk around my room and upon seeing my body on my bed it made my heart rate spike. I wasn’t scared it was just a bizarre feeling and it basically jolted me back into my body. Ever since this experience it’s become more difficult to properly mediate and it’s hard for me to hit that flow state. I’ve also been unable to re-exit my body and don’t really know what to do from here. If you know anything that might help I’d love to hear from you🙌🏼
