This is bugging me to no end. What is Luna next to Neptune??

I’m very very new to astrology so I’m sure I must be misunderstanding something obvious here. I’m looking at today’s star map and there’s a little planet/star/moon?? next to Neptune in Pisces/12th house called Luna. Of course anytime I Google it I just get results for the earth’s moon.

Could anyone tell me what this thing by Neptune is, and what it means?
I’d attach a pic but read that pictures aren’t allowed

Not sure why it would be called Luna. Is your app in english or another language?

Neptune is at 22 pisces. The moon is at 3 aries, they are just 11 degrees apart. So if you are looking at an astronomy map, they will look very close together, and if you are looking at an astrology chart, they still will be fairly close together.

You can always post your chart on r / askastrologers and someone can explain.

Can also just go to [astro.com](https://astro.com), and in the top area, just to the left of “My Astro” youll see three little planet glyphs. Just hit them, and you’ll get a list of where the planets are right now.

you can use these 2 tools to get a better idea of whats going on, measure both of them against each other for more accuracy
