I've recently started using (unsalted and cold/lukewarm) Pasta Water on my plants and it's done wonders so far! The trick is to make some pasta, but be sure not to put any salt in the water – this will take away from the taste slightly, but salt is terrible for plant life – and then put a bowl under a strainer so you can keep the water you used to boil it. I usually put that water in a jar and then store it in my fridge for awhile, until its lukewarm to cold, and then I pour it on my plants while watering them! The water will pick up some of the starches from the pasta and my plants really seem to love it! It's just a little trick I figured out, so I hope it can help you too 🥰
