Trance mediumship questions. Random channelings that I dont seek

Hello. I have some questions about trances. Often times in the middle of my day, I’ll randomly fall into a trance. I mean literally, by body will “turn off” and I’ll drop, experience a download of some sort and when I gather myself back up there’s words or a song blasting in my head until I write it down. It happened last night in the middle of a conversation with my spouse. Ive realized this has happened to me all my life but I was thinking it was other issues. I’m always in a safe position when it happens and have yet to hurt myself in the fairing process. I used to suffer from hypoglycemia until I changed my diet drastically and began listening to body, that being said I’m used to fainting spells. These are nothing like that. There’s no warning no vision tunneling nothing. One moment I’m chillin and the next my arms “turn off” and then the rest of my body follows. I feel maybe I’m wide open and these energies/entities are able to without my consent? Any insight is greatly appreciated

I go through the same thing I was in a police station one time and it happened to me it knocked me for a loop for a week though, one mistake I think I made with that is I forgot to protect myself first when I tried to lock onto a [spirit. As](https://spirit.As) they say you live and learn.

Controlled trace does not work that way. Spirits must ask for permission to take over a trance medium (we have freewill), I would suggest that this isn’t a spirit you want in your life. An earth bound spirit may not ask for permission, regards
