Trans day of visibility

I’ve noticed that whenever certain days of the year are dedicated to us, transphobes use it as an opportunity to attack and dehumanize us even more than they normally do. For many trans people, myself included, the trans community getting more attention than ever before and being seen and heard is more of a curse than a blessing and has caused us a lot of harm due to transphobia being at an all time high in recent years. I will never ever be openly trans and I just want to be invisible and blend in with everyone else and I wish that transphobes would just forget about us.
