Uncrossing spell help?

Currently going through the uncrossing bath process. I know for sure the bath is working Bc it’s only been day 2 and I already recognize release symptoms physically and emotionally.

I also want to pair it with an uncrossing spell. I’m going to do the lemon and salt one. Specifically where you cut the lemon into wedges and place on a plate, with salt covering the whole plate and all over the lemons, with a candle in the middle and a spell to release any hold on you.

However, I don’t associate myself with the pentagram. The videos I’ve seen trace a sigil in the air with the knife used to slice the lemons, or use other ingredients to draw it.

Is it a specific part I HAVE to add in? Or can I go about it just as, and not draw the sigil?

Use whatever symbol you feel is most meaningful to you.

Traditionally, the spell would be performed with the Sign of the Cross.
