Last night I experimented a severely awful sleep paranlysis nightmare. I’ve had sleep paralysis for years now so I’m not really ever in fear of it. However. Last night I remember being asleep and distinctly feeling a presence. And it didn’t feel like a good one. I started waking up in my dream but not in the physical world. I did shake myself awake and I shouted hello out loud when I woke ip because I really felt something was there.
I’ve recently got into cartomancy ans also happened to lose a very lucky charm bangle so idk if its all interlinked?
What happened to me?
