    Hi!
    So I’m currently dealing with a cold during finals and it’s awful. My mental health hasn’t been great (really… REALLY bad anxiety) and it’s just been pretty tough.
    I was wondering if 1. Anyone would be willing to perform spells on my behalf for my cold and anxiety and 2. If anyone knew any spells specifically for anxiety or any great cold remedies (magical or not haha) that someone can do with very minimal resources (because I’m a broke college student).

    I want to emphasize I am of course taking care of these things without the help of magic, I just think I could maybe use that extra push. I often find it’s best to ask people in the practice directly than rely on Google searches, especially since some of the spell requirements are just out of the realm of possibility considering the resources I have. Thank you in advance! 💛💛

    Would it help to do a little bit of relaxing meditation?

    I would suggest putting on a healing meditation from the Honest Guys YouTube Channel (They also have a great one for anxiety) or you can also use a binaural healing music video on YouTube. Here are the links to a couple I like—

    Also a little gentle yoga can really help cold recovery. Child’s pose, supine twist, leg up pose and happy baby are my favourites to help get a better sleep. You can do them right in bed in your pjs ☺️

    You can also use lavender, camomile and honey (unpasteurized) they are great for healing during sleep and recovery.

    You can add these to your bath, have a tea use lotion in any combination— I usually drink camomile tea with honey, have a lavender and camomile bath, use lavender scented baby lotion (it’s milder smelling and I have sensitive skin).

    Lastly, before bed call on the universe to heal you and bring you peace while you sleep. No need for anything fancy just say the words.

    You know, don’t laugh but a really nice hot bath. Have some peaceful music, a couple of flickering candles, and a steamy hot bath for both anxiety, and it can help a little with cold symptoms. Breath deeply of the steam from the hot water, and think relaxing thoughts, while listening to relaxing music. Sometimes, going back to the basics might be a good option. I hope that helps a little. If all you have is a shower, make it a steamy one for the cold. BB.
